Buildertrend allows you to design every aspect of your home—from exterior materials to bathroom fixtures. As you make selections, you’ll see how each choice impacts the overall cost, helping you find options that fit your budget. This tool ensures transparency and prevents any unexpected expenses.
Once you’re happy with your selections, we’ll sign the contract, order all materials, and start the countdown to complete your home. The timeline is in your hands, and we’re ready to begin as soon as you are.

At Vaughn Construction, being shovel-ready also means that all selected tiles, bricks, fixtures, flooring, roofing, and other design elements have been procured and are available within our supply chain. With every detail confirmed, there’s no need for further revisions to elevations, floor plans, or design choices.
