We expect that you will hold us to every one of these 10 assurances.

1. When you contact us, you should expect a callback from us in not more than 24-hours. That means weekdays, weekends or evenings. We will call within 24-hours. Period. Full Stop.

2. Once we have our first meeting, within 7 business days we will provide you with a rough estimate of what your home will cost. We all understand that there may be changes in the planning process or you may go with more-or-less costly materials in the final decision, but you will have a rough estimate with which you can begin to plan at within 7 business days.

3. You will have access 24 hours a day to all of the financial documents associated with your home. There will be no surprises or strange last-minute markups. You will be able to see all of it for yourself.

4. You will have a secure login to Vaughn Construction Company Inc.’s Buildertrend to be able to access everything associated with your home. The app offers you 24/7 ability to see all the choices you have made, the prices and the billing.

5. You will have a daily photo journal of the progress at your new home. Vaughn Construction Supervisors will load photos each day so that you don’t have to come to the site on a daily basis unless you just want to or find yourself in the neighborhood.

6. Weekly on-site meetings will ensure that you and the Vaughn Construction team stay completely on top of the progress and provide you an opportunity to ask questions to make sure that everything is exactly on plan.

7. Every new home construction project will have little design changes as the home is being built. Our Buildertrend program provides you with a simple process to make these changes and it will automatically trigger a re-evaluation of costs so that you understand exactly what a change will either cost or save.

8. We promise that our building process will move as swiftly as possible from the day we actually start the build until the day we are ready to hand over the keys.

9. Before we sign a contract together you will have selected all of your finishes. This means that on the day we sign a contract, we are ordering all the materials to be delivered to the site on the schedule that makes sure that they arrive when we need them and not a day later.

10. We believe that there should never be surprises about the cost of your home. You need to be able to budget. We include a pay schedule in your contract so that you know exactly how much money is due and exactly when it must be paid.
